So. NASA have plonked a one ton robot on Mars today, which is nice. It took nine months to get it there which is about the same time it takes a 37 bus to leave the depot and travel 2 stops, which is not nice. Imagine if the bus company was in charge of the Mars project ? It would turn up eventually, hopefully on Mars, probably with a fold down wooden seat somewhere and it would be too small and full of oaps not knowing where they are, looking for the nearest toilet and a cheap sherry at a Weatherspoons. Hopefully they have toilet on Mars, well they must have otherwise where would the Martians go. Perish the thought.....
